About the event
Join us for this plant-based cooking workshop where you will learn to level up your leftovers! We will prepare simple dips and sauces and then show you how to transform them into delicious dishes in class and at home. Plus, learn the best way to store your leftovers and ingredients to make them last longer. You will leave class with the skills and confidence to level up your own leftovers and vibrant, nutritious food! Extra points for bringing your own containers!
This is a family class, and participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Women's History Month Featured Chef:
Megan joined Feed the Mass as a bread workshop student and then later as a FED Kitchen volunteer. Through her experience cooking vegan food and treats, she has gained a passion for plant-based recipes and for sharing her knowledge with others.
